Values & missions

Our 7 objectives

1. Simplification of governance bodies around tourism competence (tourist office, tourism department, tourism commission);

2. A single entry point and a single “tourism” contact for all the destination’s socio-professionals and support from dedicated experts;

3. Project mode management (internal consistency for teams);

4. Integration of promotion and marketing right from the project phase and the launch of tourism;

5. A single destination tourism strategy (promotion, animation, development…);

6. A space dedicated to development and creativity around tourism (institutional and professional) on the Taf & Co ;

7. A strong and referent structuring in Aveyron and Occitanie by working synergies with the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses and the tourist offices of the 2 Grands Sites Occitanie (Millau Roquefort Sylvanès and Gorges du Tarn).

Our 5 commitments

  1. Listening to customers and putting them at the heart of our strategy:
    Providing and guaranteeing an efficient and effective welcome that is constantly evolving in our reception areas, off-site and at professionals’ premises;
    Taking into account customer feedback and opinions in order to guide our services;
    Renewing our “product” offerings every year in line with expectations.
  2. Give the team the means:
    Enable employees to constantly progress (training, feedback…);
    Set up a suitable organization to implement the strategy in project mode;
    Integrate quality into management and involve the team in collective orientations and decisions;
    Give the team the means to anticipate so as not to suffer.
  3. Listening to socio-professionals:
    Anchoring a permanent mode of consultation with all the destination’s sectors;
    Accompanying professionals to adapt their offers in line with customer behavior and market trends (Taf & Co)
    Building our action and promotion plans for the destination in line with shared priority targets.
  4. Implement the strategy defined by the community and the objectives agreement:
    Promote work with teams from the communauté de communes.
  5. Build with public and private partners:
    Collaborate with the Comité Régional du Tourisme et des Loisirs d’Occitanie, the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses, the Agence d’Attractivité et du Tourisme (ADAT) de l’Aveyron and all the tourist offices of the two Grands Sites Occitanie “Millau-Roquefort-Sylvanès” and “Gorges du Tarn”;
