Tourism Quality

much more than just a brand!

At the Millau Grands Causses Tourist Office, we make it a point of honour to fulfil our missions with professionalism, motivation and innovation. Having been awarded the Quality Tourism label in 2013, the office has put in place a genuine Quality policy. In order to maintain this mark, a genuine approach to organisation, structuring, training and services has been put in place, requiring a great deal of teamwork. Even today, the Qualité Tourisme label is synonymous with progress and continuous improvement. These are values shared by all the staff at the Tourist Office, creating a dynamic that enables us to fulfil our various commitments. The latest renewal audit took place in January 2020, and the mark obtained was 91.13% (85% of the criteria are required to obtain the mark).Destination d’excellence is the new label that raises the bar for the entire tourism offering: accommodation, restaurants, visitor and leisure sites, information points (including tourist offices) and transport. In addition to reception and services, it also raises the bar on eco-responsibility. Since May 2024, it has replaced the “Qualité Tourisme” mark. Our Tourist Office will be audited in 2026 with a view to obtaining this label. Find out more about :
